For added convenience, 2-way feedback shows updates in real-time on both the app and subwoofer interface, and Bluetooth connectivity allows adjustments to be made even when the subwoofer is not in sight. Control is also available via IR remote and an intuitive front panel display.

Points expiration

All points that have not been unlocked and used as a reward on a purchase will expire one year after the date upon which the points were earned.

Refunding reward points

If you return a product and had used reward points with the purchase of that product, any redeemed reward points (the points, not the amount) will be credited back to your RTC rewards account, and will be deducted from the amount of the refund due.
